Offering a mix of software, information, and advisory services to a wide range of businesses, they’re now at a time when they need to hire someone to evolve and communicate their story to customers and their employees.

This role requires you to be in their Oxford office two to three days per week. There is parking, and the office is a short walk from Oxford train station.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Manager include

Managing a team of four, you and your team will be responsible for marketing to existing customers and internal employees. 

People Management: nurture and manage a team of four marketers 

Customer Marketing: market existing products and solutions to customers, primarily through email marketing

Employer Branding: work with the talent and people team to help tell the company’s story to prospective employees 

Communications: be the communications expert and support other teams with messaging, brand, etc. 

Skills and experience the Marketing Communications Manager must have

B2B marketing communications experience 

People management experience (managing at least one person)

Good writing skills 

Well organised and proactive 

Salary and benefits for the Marketing Communications Manager role

£50,000 – £55,000 basic + 10% bonus, 5% pension, 25 days holiday
