Matt has over 25 years recruitment experience, for the last 12 years he’s been recruiting senior marketers into B2B tech startups and scaleups. He also hosts our podcast, Market Mentors, where he interviews B2B tech marketing leaders.

Ruth has been our account director for over 12 years and has been working in recruitment for over 20 years. She has worked with some of the largest B2B tech brands and has worked on C-level roles from marketing director to CMO.
