A newly created role with a company in scaleup phase
Operating in the martech space, and selling primarily to mid-market and enterprise, our client is a Series A scaleup who is looking to bolster its marketing team with two new hires.
This is a great opportunity to join a business with 50 employees and a growing marketing team of 3.
This is a newly created role where you will own, lead, and execute a demand generation strategy to help drive more revenue for the business, with a particular focus on mid-market and enterprise customers.
Strategy: own and execute a demand generation strategy, including acquisition campaigns and customer marketing activities
Management: manage, coach and develop a team of 2
Demand Generation / ABM: plan and run campaigns to create demand, taking ownership of full funnel metrics from MQL to retention
Campaign Execution: manage and execute campaigns across email, web, paid, webinars, events, direct mail, etc.
Creativity: come up with creative ways to engage prospects and expand on existing customers
Customer Marketing: plan and execute customer marketing campaigns designed to retain and upsell
Team Collaboration: work with sales on account selection, lead management and sales enablement, as well as the wider GTM team, to ensure the customer experience is class leading
Budget Management: you’ll own a significant budget and analyse the effectiveness of your campaigns, always looking for ways to improve and optimise activities
B2B marketing experience in the tech sector
Focus on demand generation, with experience of running ABM campaigns beneficial
Prior experience using Hubspot
Good balance between data and creativity, and planning and doing
You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude with excellent project management skill
