Now up to over 100 employees with 60% growth in the last year, they operate in the technology services & SaaS space with some amazing clients including Spotify, Facebook, YouTube and Microsoft. 

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager; in this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for developing our client’s alliance and partner network by bringing on new partners and then ensuring those partners drive incremental sales growth. 

  • Strategy; work closely with the CRO to create a business development plan to win new partners - you’ll be targeted on SQL’s

  • Business Development; use a variety of tactics to win and bring onboard new partners 

  • Partner Management; build and execute business plans for each partner to drive revenue growth

  • Evangelise; develop relationships with influencers and experts in the sector and be the evangelist for what our client does

  • Commercial; help the business stay ahead with what products and services are required in the market by analysing product performance and discovering market needs

Skills & experience the Business Development Manager must have; 

  • Experience of building a channel, alliance or partner network in the IT sector

  • Track record of increasing revenue through a channel 

  • Strong relationship building skills with a ‘hunter’ sales mentality

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong planning and organisational skills

Salary & benefits for the Business Development Manager role; 

£65,000 - £75,000 basic + £75,000 bonus and benefits
