Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive; you’ll be responsible for the strategy and then rolling that strategy out, working closely with your Marketing Manager and the sales teams to ensure leads are converted. The role will include:

  • Strategy; create a plan for your market sector with your MM 
  • Budget; manage and report on the budget for specific projects
  • Research; understand the drivers and pain points in your target audience to help inform your strategy and content creation
  • Content; work with other teams and agencies to create content to use in campaigns 
  • Lead Generation; create integrated campaigns to drive leads for the sales team  
  • Brand Awareness; use a variety of channels (events, PR, advertising) to build awareness of the solutions
  • Sales Enablement; work closely with sales to ensure they have the tools to engage effectively with their customers, and they have sufficient buy in to campaigns 
  • Analysis; report on the success of campaigns 



Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Executive must have;

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Track record of marketing campaign delivery
  • Hands on with ability to think strategically 
  • Broad experience across online & offline channels
  • Experience of using automation would be an advantage 
  • Some budget management experience 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 


Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Executive role;

£30 - £35,000 basic + benefits
