Key responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Strategy; work with the Owners to produce annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans to help grow the business
  • Account Management; manage the existing account base 
  • Campaign Management; create and execute campaigns to generate leads and sales - you’ll decide what you think is appropriate 
  • New business; develop new business - either from leads coming through the Salesforce Ecosystem or through individual sales opportunities 
  • Marketing; manage the marketing team and oversee lead generation activities 
  • Analysis; monitor and report on the performance of activities 

Skills & experience the Sales & Marketing Manager must have; 

  • B2B sales experience from the SaaS or software space 
  • You’ll have used Salesforce or have worked for them 
  • Strong commercial acumen, the ability to work strategically with a hands on attitude 
  • Friendly, fun, team player 

Salary & benefits for the Sales & Marketing Manager role; 

£50,000 - £55,000 basic, £75,000 - £80,000 OTE + 22 days holiday, share options
