Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager; you’ll be responsible for strategy and then rolling that strategy out, utilising a team of marketing executives to help with the execution. The role will include:

  • Strategy; create a plan for your market sector
  • People Management; manage a team of 3 marketing executives 
  • Budget; manage and report on the budget
  • Research; understand the drivers and pain points in your target audience to help inform your strategy and content creation
  • Partner Marketing; create an execute an effective partner marketing program 
  • Content; create thought leadership content
  • Brand Awareness; use a variety of channels (events, PR, advertising) to build awareness of the solutions
  • Digital; utilise online channels (social, web, SEO, PPC, email) to drive conversions
  • Lead Generation; create integrated campaigns to drive leads for the sales team  

 

Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have;

  • B2B marketing experience in a large or Global organisation 
  • Strategic ability with a hands on approach
  • Some experience of managing people would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of using marketing automation
  • Partner Marketing
  • Broad experience across online & offline channels
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills

 

Salary & benefits for the Marketing Manager role;

£45 - £50,000 basic + benefits
