The Role


This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on creating campaigns that generate tangible business outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership, you’ll plan, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes designed to drive leads, pipeline and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels targeting UK SMEs.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting frameworks to track ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create messaging that converts.
  • Partner with agencies across SEO, PPC, PR, and creative to deliver best-in-class marketing activity.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns through platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify performance insights and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Support the wider marketing transformation by helping to embed demand generation as a core business function.

About you:

  • Experience in B2B marketing (financial services, fintech, SaaS)
  • Proven experience planning and executing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong analytical mindset – confident using data to influence decisions.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and excited to build something new within a fast-paced, evolving business.
