About the company 

Operating in the martech space, and selling primarily to mid-market and enterprise, our client is a Series A scaleup who is looking to bolster its marketing team with two new hires. 

This is a great opportunity to join a business with 50 employees and a growing marketing team of 3.  

The role

This is a newly created role where you will own, lead, and execute a marketing operations strategy to help drive more revenue for the business, with a particular focus on mid-market and enterprise customers. 

Planning; work alongside sales, marketing and customer success to map out the marketing systems and processes needed to help the business grow

Marketing Operations; be responsible for evaluating, implementing and managing the company’s marketing technology stack

Marketing Automation; set up the marketing automation platform (Hubspot) – lists, custom fields, lead scoring, integrations, campaign tracking etc. 

Analytics; manage analytics so give the marketing team an informed idea of channel and campaign effectiveness

Data; ensure the business complies with GDPR, and introduce effective ways to enrich data

Campaign Execution; work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution across demand generation and ABM – landing page creation, email marketing, set up workflows from downloadable assets 

What you will need to succeed in this role

Marketing operations experience in a B2B technology environment and a passion for the martech space

Strong technical skills with SFDC, Hubspot and BI tools

Experience of working for companies that sell to mid-market and enterprise customers

ABM experience would be beneficial

Personality to work with a variety of stakeholders

Bright, sharp, collaborative, friendly
