Having been through three successful fundraising campaigns, our client is an innovative FinTech who is now looking to hire their first dedicated marketer to help with growth.

Fully remote job with occasional travel to Manchester

Leaders are ex-marketers 


Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager role;

Reporting into the S&M Director, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a plan to drive demand and pipeline. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Strategy; with your S&M Director, create a demand generation plan to drive sales and growth

Demand Generation; plan and execute a variety of activities (online & offline) to target prospects at every stage of the funnel (you’ll decide on tactics)

Nurture Campaigns; create campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel 

Content; manage content, messaging and brand in campaigns 

Metrics; track and report on your demand generation metrics 


Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have; 


B2B marketing experience in the Tech space (not hardware or Telco)

Focus on demand generation 

Comfortable in a Startup environment 

Experience of using marketing automation tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English 

Excellent project management skills 

The personality to engage and work well with sales

Ability to attend meetings in Manchester one day every two weeks 


Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager; 


£50,000 – £55,000 basic + bonus, healthcare, pension, equity
