Successful Series A
Work from home 2 or 3 days per week
A ‘hands on’ role
Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager;
You’ll manage the customer marketing and ABM marketing campaigns, with a focus on retaining existing customers and growing the enterprise customer base.
Strategy; create the plan and be responsible for its execution
Retention; creation engaging communications for use to retain existing customers and ensure renewals.
Account Based Marketing; create an effective account based marketing program
Demand Generation; plan and execute a variety of activities to target prospects at every stage of the funnel
Campaign Execution; work with the content marketer and product marketer to create assets to use in campaigns
Metrics; track and report on your retention and ABM metrics
Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have;
B2B marketing experience in the Tech space
Experience of marketing to the Enterprise
Focus on demand generation
Experience of using marketing automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
Excellent project management skills
The personality to engage and work well with sales/ customer success and product
Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager;
£60,000 – £70,000 basic + 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, equity
