Salary:
Graduate: £25,000 – £30,000 basic plus £10,000 commission
Experienced SDR – £35,000 – £40,000 basic plus £10,000 commission
Location: Oxford – hybrid.

Listed on AIM and established for over 30 years, our client has been a leader in its category and continues to drive innovation through AI. With a new CMO appointed last year, the go-to-market team is expanding and is now looking for a founding member of their SDR function.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
Inbound: initially, 50% of the role will be involved in inbound lead qualification
Outbound: looking after their sport and life sciences vertical, you’ll contact prospects through email, LinkedIn and cold calling
Sales: build relationships with prospects and communicate the proposition and benefits to set up calls for the sales team
Collaboration: work with the sales team to understand priorities
Previous SDR experience or a graduate who wants to start a career in sales
