Key responsibilities of the Inbound Marketing Manager ;
You’ll manage and implement the inbound marketing campaigns, focused on driving leads. You will have ownership of the marketing automation platform, Hubspot, including the crafting of workflows and campaign analytics.
Inbound Marketing; create, manage and optimise content led campaigns to drive leads
Marketing Automation; manage and make the best of Hubspot
Sales enablement; work with the sales team and support from a marketing perspective
Optimise; conduct A/B testing of campaigns and ensure optimisation opportunities are quickly identified
Campaign Execution; work with the content marketer and product marketer to create assets to use in campaigns
Metrics; track and report on your retention and ABM metrics
Skills & experience the Inbound Marketing Manager must have;
B2B marketing experience in the Tech space beneficial, ideally with knowledge of larger customers.
You can be a senior marketing executive, or marketing manager, the key is your ability build inbound lead generation marketing campaigns within a marketing automation tool
Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform – Hubspot, Marketo etc.
Some experience of working for a fast growing VC backed business
Data driven with strong understanding of analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
Excellent project management skills
The personality to engage and work well with sales
Salary & benefits for the Inbound Marketing Manager;
£45,000 – £55,000 basic + 10% bonus, healthcare, pension, equity
