With 250 employees globally, our client is a leading business consultancy with a focus on cyber, risk and compliance. 

Key responsibilities of the Head of Content Marketing;

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior Leadership team, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing the content strategy to help build awareness, position the business as a thought leader and drive more leads. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Strategy; create and executive the content marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership team to develop themes, topics and ideas. 

Content Marketing; create a wide variety of content – blogs, whitepapers, video, podcasts, reports, research – to be used in marketing campaigns 

Project Management; work with a variety of subject matter experts to curate content  

Copywriting; write more detailed content (this is still a hands on writing role too)

Agency Management; with the Head of Marketing, manage the PR Agency to ensure the business gets positive media coverage 

Analysis; report on the role content plays for the business 

Skills & experience the Head of Content Marketing must have; 

Content marketing or Editorial experience in the B2B space 

Ability to balance strategy with tactical implementation 

Excellent writing skills, good story teller 

Creative thinker 

Degree Educated 

Salary & benefits for the Head of Content Marketing role; 

£65,000 – £84,000 basic + benefits
