Head of Content Marketing
[EXCLUSIVE ROLE] Want to own content marketing and manage a team for a FinTech Scaleup With their $40m Series B closed our client is scaling internationally and is looking for a skilled B2B content marketing specialist to manage one person, with plans to grow the team in the near future.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Content Marketing; reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll manage one person and be responsible for the content marketing strategy and its execution, working closely with teams across leadership, product, sales, marketing and customer success. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy; build and own the content marketing strategy
Management; manage one person initially and look to build your team
Content Marketing; you’ll decide what to create – but the focus here is insightful and original content to help build awareness and drive people down the various buyer stages
Thought Leadership; work with internal subject matter experts to create authoritative articles
Tone of Voice; own the company’s tone of voice and help refine it over time
Skills & experience the Head of Content Marketing must have;
Content marketing experience in the B2B Tech space
Minimum of 1 year managing or mentoring people
Passion for creating content that differentiates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
Excellent project management skills
The personality to engage and work well with sales, product, marketing and the leadership team
Salary & benefits for the Head of Content Marketing role;
£90,000 – £100,000 basic + excellent benefits
