Offering SME’s across various verticals unified communications and IT managed services, you’ll be instrumental to growth by planning and executing integrated field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand. 

Across three brands, the company has 160 employees and revenues of £30 million, but it feels much more like a startup, so you’ll need to be flexible, a self-starter, and someone who thrives in a less structured environment. 

Location: Hybrid – 1/2 days in an office; you could be based close to London, Coventry, Cheltenham or Wakefield

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager 

You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute integrated field marketing campaigns to enable sales teams in the field and drive awareness and demand. The role will include:

Planning: Plan, oversee, and implement comprehensive field marketing initiatives from start to finish

Campaign Management: Work closely with group businesses and their sales teams to devise campaigns aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives

Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the marketing team (digital, content, revenue operations, copywriting, and design) to craft cohesive campaigns spanning both online and offline channels

Account-based Marketing: Create and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lite programme tailored to drive growth within established industry verticals through personalised campaigns

Sales Enablement: Be the main liaison for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources for effective market penetration

Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, providing detailed reports on their success metrics

Skills and experience the Marketing Manager must have

B2B marketing experience in the technology sector

Experience planning and executing field marketing or demand generation campaigns 

Track record of partnering with sales 

You’ll naturally be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good communications skills 

Salary and benefits for the Marketing Manager role

£45,000 – £50,000 basic + contributory pension, 25 days holiday
