Having raised a $50 million Series B in 2021, our client is a global leader in the B2B fintech sector in London. Currently employing over 100 people, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Head of Marketing and a team of three marketers, to help transform how they create demand. 

The role

This is a newly created role where you will own and execute a demand generation strategy to help drive more revenue for the business, with a particular focus on demand creation. 

Strategy: with support from your Head of Marketing, own and execute a demand generation strategy

Product Marketing: understand the ICP and personas by utilising internal subject matter experts to help formulate the messaging, GTM and content production 

LinkedIn Ads: create and execute a playbook to create demand using LinkedIn ads, testing and learning as you go along (£5–10k monthly budget) 

Campaign Execution: manage and execute campaigns across email, webinars, social media, etc. 

Creativity: come up with creative ways to engage prospects and expand on existing customers 

Content: work with the content marketing manager to input into the content calendar and then repurpose content to use in your campaigns (podcast video snippets, canva social graphics)

Team Collaboration: align with sales and work with them closely 

Budget Management: manage and report on the budget  

What you will need to succeed in this role

B2B marketing experience in the tech sector

Focus on demand generation with experience of demand creation 

Hands-on LinkedIn ads experience 

Prior experience using Pardot or a similar tool
