Responsibilities of the Senior Field Marketing Manager

  • Creating marketing plans in alignment with each market within their region in collaboration with territory sales teams.
  • Leading and managing go-to-market marketing strategies and activities across EMEA.
  • Working closely with territory sales reps from agreed plans to activate localised campaigns that support company objectives in the markets, using an ABM approach that drives engagement and pipeline.
  • Collaborating with a shared services team of marketing specialists to execute your campaigns and activities, including events, webinars, email and digital.
  • Utilise campaigns and templates from the global field marketing team that you will localise to meet EMEA needs.
  • Executing on time and within budget, monitoring, measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Reporting to sales leaders on a monthly basis and to wider team on a quarterly basis

Senior Field Marketing Manager Requirements

  • Experience with a technology vendor in a field marketing manager position
  • Data-driven marketer with a creative mindset
  • Solid performer of enterprise-focused demand generation programs in the B2B tech sector
  • A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Demonstrable experience of working closely with sales, BD, marketing, and senior management teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to self-manage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience of Martech and CRM systems (e.g. Terminus, Salesforce, or similar)
