Their cloud-native platform helps mechanical engineers work faster and smarter by replacing legacy, on-premise tools with a simple, collaborative, browser-based experience.

After validating strong product-market fit in the US, UK, and Western Europe, the company is now scaling its go-to-market engine to capture a rapidly growing vertical SaaS opportunity.

You’ll be joining an experienced founding team with multiple successful exits and a deep culture of customer obsession, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, results-driven role for a marketer who loves experimentation, data, and ownership.

You’ll lead and execute the company’s acquisition and demand generation strategy — across paid, organic, and partnership channels — to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Working closely with product, sales and customer success, you’ll design and run experiments, optimise conversion funnels, and identify scalable channels that deliver predictable, repeatable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit)
  • Plan and optimise conversion funnels and lead magnets
  • Improve landing pages and work with a web developer on implementation and CRO testing
  • Lead SEO and content strategy (keyword research, backlink building, and optimization)
  • Build and execute email activation and engagement campaigns via ActiveCampaign
  • Develop partnerships and affiliate programs to drive new customer acquisition
  • Measure, analyse, and continuously experiment to improve CAC, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales to align on ICP, messaging, and demand generation priorities
  • Use data and customer insights to shape growth strategy and identify opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Growth, performance, or demand generation marketing for B2B SaaS products
  • Proven track record managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Experience with PLG and/or hybrid PLG–PLS motions
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, conversion rates)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation
  • Confident with analytics tools and A/B testing
  • Excellent copywriting and wireframing skills for landing pages
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable results
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), with meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing technical or developer-focused SaaS products
  • Familiarity with CAD, PDM, or engineering software markets
  • Experience running affiliate or influencer campaigns on YouTube or LinkedIn
