A well-established organisation with an international presence is seeking a commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to support its sales pipeline. The company operates across competitive B2B markets and is known for delivering high-quality solutions and services to its clients.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about building relationships. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, creating meaningful connections that translate into new business opportunities. Working with both inbound and outbound channels, you will make a measurable contribution to revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching and identifying potential leads across target markets
  • Qualifying prospects through calls (50/day), emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Following up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • Creating tailored outreach sequences to engage prospects
  • Using CRM tools to track activity, maintain accurate records, and manage workflows
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Providing feedback on lead quality and market trends to support campaign optimisation

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales development or business development in a B2B environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to deliver results
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to team and company success

  • Initial interview with the Head of Marketing
  • Presentation to the Sales Director and HR Manager
