Marketing Manager
Location: City of London (4 days in office, 1 from home)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + discretionary bonus

The company has grown rapidly through acquisition and innovation, now operating from over a dozen offices across the UK with a team of 800+. The Role
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on creating campaigns that generate tangible business outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership, you’ll plan, execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes designed to drive leads, pipeline and revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels targeting UK SMEs.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting frameworks to track ROI.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create messaging that converts.
- Partner with agencies across SEO, PPC, PR, and creative to deliver best-in-class marketing activity.
- Manage and optimise campaigns through platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Analyse campaign data to identify performance insights and continuously improve outcomes.
- Support the wider marketing transformation by helping to embed demand generation as a core business function.
About you:
- Experience in B2B marketing (financial services, fintech, SaaS)
- Proven experience planning and executing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
- Strong analytical mindset – confident using data to influence decisions.
- Excellent communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Energetic, resourceful, and excited to build something new within a fast-paced, evolving business.
