Salary: £38,000–£40,000 basic plus benefits

With over a decade in business, close to a thousand customers, and over 100 million active learners on their platform, this fast-growing Series B SaaS company is in an exciting phase of growth as it expands into the UK.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and support the sales team by driving MQLs.
Planning: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert prospects
Campaign Management: Run a variety of campaigns (online and offline) to create and drive demand
Content: Be able to put together a content strategy to engage buyers (copywriting will be done by others in the team or freelancers)
Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments across sales and marketing to ensure there’s alignment between teams
Sales Support: Ensure sales have the tools to go to market with
Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, focussing on metrics across engagement, leads, conversion rates, etc
B2B marketing experience – you can be at manager level or an executive looking to step up
Experience or ability to work in a startup or scaleup environment where being a self-starter is key
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive pipeline / deals
Track record of partnering with sales
Good communications skills
