Marketing Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + excellent benefits
Location: Bank, London (hybrid – 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)

Role overview
Reporting to a senior product marketing leader, you’ll take ownership of campaign planning and execution to bring new features and solutions to market. Working alongside an external digital agency and internal stakeholders, you’ll:
- Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for key product launches
- Create and optimise multi-channel campaigns across content, email, paid media and events
- Equip sales teams with the right assets and insights to support pipeline growth
- Align product, marketing and commercial teams around clear objectives and messaging
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
- Translate complex product features into customer-focused messaging and content
- Develop collateral, including sales decks, case studies, personas and competitive analysis
- Build launch plans aligned to the product roadmap
- Partner with digital and creative teams to deliver campaign assets
- Track performance, analyse results and continuously optimise based on data
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity
Required skills and experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing (with some product marketing) or a specialist product marketing role, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end to end
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable working with agencies and internal creative teams
- Analytical and commercially minded, with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
