About the company
We’re working exclusively with an enterprise software scale-up that transforms how field-based industries (utilities, construction, energy, infrastructure) manage safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. Their platform uses video and voice analytics to replace outdated paper processes, providing real-time insights that prevent accidents, boost productivity, and deliver tangible ROI for customers.
With over £25M raised from institutional investors, revenues tripling in 2023, and ambitious ARR targets for 2026, the business is now investing heavily in go-to-market expansion. Already trusted by more than 100 enterprise customers—including major utilities and global infrastructure firms—the company is entering a crucial scale-up stage and needs a marketing leader to build a world-class demand generation and brand function.
