Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 plus benefits
Location: Richmond office, hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)

About the Company
An established, international software company that develops market-leading solutions used by clients across multiple industries is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join their collaborative marketing team. The company is known for its innovative technology, global client base, and people-first culture.
Role Overview
You’ll support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across the company’s website and social media platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll help create and manage content that drives engagement, supports product launches, and strengthens the company’s online presence.
What you’ll be doing
- Updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Monitoring website performance and supporting SEO improvements
- Coordinating landing pages for campaigns, webinars, and product launches
- Assisting in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
- Monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns, from concept through to execution and analysis
- Assisting with webinar planning, promotion, and follow-up activity
- Contributing to the creation of blog posts and other marketing content
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role for a B2B tech company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and online engagement
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO principles and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Basic video editing skills
