The role
You’ll take full ownership of the marketing function during a key growth phase. This role blends brand building, demand generation, events, and team leadership. You'll be leading a passionate team of six, working hand in hand with Sales, Product and Customer Success to nearly double ARR over the contract period.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead and optimise full-funnel marketing strategy
- Focus on demand generation and performance marketing
- Oversee all marketing channels and GTM initiatives
Events & Brand
- Drive ~50 events annually, from flagship conferences to targeted workshops
- Build and protect a category-leading brand
- Manage influencer and PR relationships
Team & Leadership
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Align cross-functionally with Go-To-Market stakeholders
- Report directly to the CEO
What you will need to succeed in this role
- Proven experience leading marketing in a early-stage B2B SaaS environment

What you will need to succeed in this role
- Strong experience in software implementation or technical onboarding
- Confident managing projects and timelines
- Comfortable using or learning Python for light data analysis
- Great communicator with a proactive approach
- A tech or data-focused degree is helpful (but not a deal-breaker)
