Senior Customer Enablement Manager
Location: London | Hybrid | 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
Salary: £65,000 – £77,000 basic + 10% bonus
Why this role?
- Help build a brand-new customer enablement function within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Use AI and automation to transform how customers learn, adopt and succeed with enterprise software.
- Work alongside Product, Customer Success and Professional Services to shape how new platform capabilities are introduced to customers.
- Join a collaborative, high-growth environment where you’ll help create new ways of working rather than inherit existing processes.
About the company
Our client is a rapidly growing B2B fintech that develops enterprise software used by leading organisations to streamline complex operational processes. As their platform continues to evolve, they’re investing in customer enablement to ensure every new capability is successfully launched, adopted and embedded across their customer base.
The business encourages curiosity, innovation and continuous improvement, giving people the opportunity to shape how work gets done while embracing modern AI tools to improve both customer and internal experiences.
The opportunity
Our client is looking for a senior customer enablement manager to help customers confidently adopt and maximise the value of their software platform.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits between Product, Customer Success and Professional Services. You’ll guide customers through onboarding and adoption while creating scalable learning experiences that combine live engagement with AI-assisted content, automation and self-service resources.
Rather than simply delivering training, you’ll help define how customer enablement evolves as the business grows. You’ll work closely with internal teams to stay ahead of product developments, ensuring both customers and colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to get the most from new platform capabilities.
If you enjoy helping people embrace new technology, solving problems creatively and using AI to improve the way knowledge is shared, you’ll thrive in this role.
What you will be doing
- Deliver engaging onboarding sessions, workshops and product training for enterprise customers and internal teams.
- Guide customers through implementation and early adoption, helping them embed the platform into their day-to-day operations.
- Design and maintain scalable enablement content, including documentation, videos, webinars and self-service learning resources.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve how training content is created, maintained and delivered.
- Translate new product capabilities into practical guidance that is easy for customers to understand and apply.
- Partner closely with Product, Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure customers remain aligned with the latest platform developments.
- Gather customer feedback and adoption insights, helping influence future product improvements and enablement strategies.
- Continuously improve onboarding and adoption processes as the platform and customer base continue to grow.
What success looks like
After 6 to 12 months in the role:
- Customers confidently adopt new platform capabilities and achieve value quickly.
- Onboarding and enablement programmes become increasingly scalable through structured content and AI-assisted learning.
- Training materials remain current, engaging and easy to consume across multiple customer audiences.
- Internal teams stay ahead of product releases through consistent, high-quality enablement.
- Customer insight contributes directly to improvements in both the product and the overall customer experience.
What you will need to succeed
Experience
- Experience delivering onboarding, implementation, customer enablement, consulting or professional services within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise software used by finance teams.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering engaging software training, workshops or customer education programmes.
- Experience supporting customers through technology adoption or organisational change.
Skills and mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical way.
- Naturally curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Passionate about improving customer experiences through education, enablement and continuous learning.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity, content creation and knowledge sharing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
The application process
- Initial introductory conversation with the recruitment team.
- Interview with the hiring manager.
- Practical presentation based on a customer enablement scenario.
- Final interview with senior leaders.
