Our client is an award-winning, high-growth B2B SaaS platform backed by some of the most prominent institutional investors in the world. Their technology is fundamentally rewriting how the world’s largest infrastructure and construction companies operate, replacing manual, paper-based processes with real-time AI.

They are looking for an elite enterprise hunter to join their team. This isn’t a role for an average seller; it’s for someone who understands that “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” and can position a solution that drives measurable ROI through productivity and margin protection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Targeting the Enterprise: You will manage a territory focused on high-value enterprise logos, typically targeting deals ranging from £150k to £300k+ ACV.
  • Investigative Discovery: You’ll act as an “investigative journalist,” digging deep into operational gaps to find the pain points that keep COOs and VPs of Operations awake at night.
  • Strategic Navigation: You will navigate complex buying committees, balancing a “top-down” executive approach with “medium-up” engagement of operational leaders.
  • Pipeline Ownership: While you’ll have SDR and marketing support, you are expected to take full ownership of your pipeline through disciplined outbound and account-based plays.
  • Operational Excellence: You will use methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure every deal is qualified and every buyer is kept honest.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • The Track Record: At least 5 years of strong enterprise selling experience, ideally within heavy industry, utilities, construction, or complex SaaS environments.
  • The “Grit” Factor: Our client looks for elite sellers who possess the resilience to thrive in a high-intensity scale-up environment.
  • Intelligence & Credibility: You can simplify the complex. You are comfortable challenging C-suite stakeholders and don’t rely on “verbosity” to make a point.
  • Process Driven: You have a “black book” of reliable sales tactics and a disciplined approach to stage-gating deals.
  • The Persona: You are curious, collaborative, and unashamedly competitive.
