Our client is a fast-scaling AI command center for professional services. Backed by world-class investors, they automate complex, manual workflows for operations teams at some of the world’s most ambitious companies.

They are moving fast, shipping constantly, and looking for people who thrive when the stakes are high and the pace is relentless.

The Role

This isn’t a traditional, “wait-for-a-brief” PMM role. You will grab the product, audit the current landscape, and run. You will be responsible for turning complex technical features into simple, compelling narratives that sales can use to win.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Narrative & Positioning: Own the messaging across launches, the website, and sales enablement. You’ll turn complex AI capabilities into “plain English” value.
  • High-Frequency Shipping: Support multiple product releases per month, ensuring every launch is clear, on time, and commercially led.
  • Sales Enablement: Muscle your way into the sales and product teams to ensure they have the resources, education, and collateral they need to close deals.
  • AI-Native Execution: We expect you to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agents) to 5x your own output. If you aren’t already building your own “nerve center” of AI agents to handle content and research, this isn’t the role for you.
  • Direct Impact: Work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to shape how the product turns into revenue.

What Success Looks Like

  • In 6 months: You have established a repeatable GTM cadence. Sales teams feel “armed” for every conversation, and the market narrative is distinct and sharp.
  • In 12 months: You have punched your ticket. You’ve helped scale a high-growth engine, built a function from scratch, and contributed to a “unicorn” valuation.

  • The “Hustler” Mindset: Ambitious, driven, and ready to give 2-3 years of incredibly hard work to build something massive.

The Interview Process

  1. Intro Call: 30 minutes with the recruitment team.
  2. Internal Stakeholder Meeting: Meet the Chief of Staff to discuss the current “state of play”, as she is currently doing the role.
  3. Case Study & Deep Dive: A 45-minute session to talk through your past work, your process, and how you’d set up PMM here.
  4. Final Founder Interview: A “gut feel” and culture-add conversation with the CEO.
