Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 basic plus benefits.
Location: Hybrid – London 2 days per week, 3 days from home

Role overview
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead marketing for two business units within a wider team supported by design, content, brand and digital specialists. You will:
- Manage three marketers, providing coaching, direction and campaign sign-off
- Partner with sales managers and unit leadership to set priorities, define KPIs and plan activities within budget
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and joined-up campaigns that drive genuine leads
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver the marketing plan and objectives for two business units
- Evaluate campaign ideas from the business, testing feasibility and strategic fit
- Manage combined budgets and provide regular reporting to sales and the Head of Marketing
- Champion brand advocacy and ensure every touchpoint reflects their values
- Identify market trends and translate them into campaign concepts
- Lead multi-channel execution across digital, events and content to generate high-quality leads
- Oversee PR activity in collaboration with an external agency
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience owning end-to-end lead generation campaigns in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Analytical and performance-driven mindset
- Confident project manager able to juggle multiple priorities
- Experienced in building strong relationships with sales, leadership and product teams
- Skilled people manager with the ability to coach and inspire a team
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and WordPress
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting campaign performance
