The role

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own and execute the brand and content strategy end-to-end, delivering campaigns that drive measurable engagement and qualified leads.
  • Define and execute a quarterly content calendar spanning blogs, white papers, reports, webinars, videos, and social campaigns.
  • Develop a brand message and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with sales to create enablement materials (case studies, playbooks, decks) that directly support pipeline generation.
  • Optimise the company website and organic channels to showcase products and capture high-quality leads.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and leadership to ensure every piece of content maximises impact.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
  • Experience working for companies that sell software and solutions to the construction, utilities, energy or infrastructure sectors. 
  • Proven record of delivering content strategies that drive demand and brand growth.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage senior enterprise audiences.
  • Strong creative judgement with experience across multiple formats (digital, video, social, research).
  • Commercially focused, with a data-driven approach to KPIs, engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on and adaptable—comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Collaborative, able to partner effectively with sales, product, and leadership teams.
