The role

As Head of Digital, you will:

  • Own and optimise digital acquisition channels (paid social, search, SEO, retargeting, forums, and communities).
  • Drive MQL and SQL generation targets, ensuring quality pipeline contribution.
  • Manage paid budgets, test new campaigns, and scale what works.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align digital strategy with commercial goals.
  • Report on performance metrics, attribution, and ROI across all digital channels.
  • Support wider brand and content initiatives by advising on distribution and amplification.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline attribution and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment with sales-led growth – Series A-D.
