Our client approached us to help them recruit a key role within their business. Working closely with the marketing and external sales teams, this person would be responsible for making sure that leads were qualiﬁed and nurtured through the sales process, reducing drop oﬀ, pre-qualifying needs and increasing customer satisfaction. The objective being that an appointment would be made for the sales team to go to, with enough information for them to successfully pitch with.
