[EXCLUSIVE ROLE] Are you a broad marketer with strong experience in product marketing, value propositions and positioning?
Established in 2017, our client is scaling and looking for a product marketing / brand orientated marketer with a broad understanding of all B2B channels to help them achieve this.
Operating in the Process Orchestration space, they sell SaaS solutions to enterprise and are creating their own category.
You’ll have some clear Yr1 objectives to focus on; improve positioning, increase share of voice from content marketing and brand marketing, releasing a new website and increasing pipeline, so there’s lots of exciting projects to be involved in.
But, this isn’t an empire building role, you’ll inherit a team of three people and still need to be hands-on.

Key responsibilities of the VP of Marketing; working closely with the CEO, Founder and senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the marketing strategy and its execution to help the business achieve its goals. The role will include:
Strategy; create and own the marketing strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team
Budget; manage and report on ROI
Management; manage a team of three marketers
Product Marketing; help with market segmentation, positioning, messaging and GTM – more focus on the comms aspects of product marketing than the technical aspects
Demand Generation; create the plan and oversee execution of demand generation programs for a complex SaaS solution and be the custodian for the pipeline
Brand; help evolve the brand – content marketing, customer stories to help position the business in a noisy market
Agency Management; manage agencies / 3rd party suppliers
Skills & experience the VP of Marketing must have;
A hands-on marketing leader from the enterprise SaaS space
Broad experience with a focus on product marketing, value proposition development and positioning
Experience in simplifying the complex
Track record in a fast growing Startup or Scaleup would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail

Salary & benefits for the VP of Marketing role;
£120,000 – £130,000 basic + 20-30% bonus, stock options, pension, 25 days holiday
