Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager role;
Reporting into the CEO, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy to drive awareness and growth. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy; create and implement the marketing strategy that complements the business’ high growth objectives.
Product Marketing; continually work with your ‘product marketing’ hat on to help the business better define its ICP, positioning, messaging, pricing and overall GTM.
Demand Generation; plan and execute activities to create demand from their target audience.
Content Marketing; using data and insights from customers, create educational and insightful content to build awareness of what the solution can deliver for businesses, as well as content focussed around the middle and bottom of the funnel.
Sales Enablement; create content and tools for the sales teams to use in the sales process.
Analysis; track and report on leads (MQL, SQL), pipeline, pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have;
B2B Tech marketer with experience of working in Startups
Product marketing, growth or demand generation focussed
Strategic and hands on
Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager role;
£70,000 – £90,000 basic + equity, 30 days holiday
