Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager; reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the CEO (who’s a marketing advocate), you’ll own the strategy and execution for all demand generation programs to drive awareness, pipeline and revenue. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Planning; create the demand generation plan and be responsible for executing it
Hubspot; own everything related to Hubspot – data, segmentation, lead scoring, lead management, campaigns and reporting – also utilise the wider tech stack (Salesloft, SFDC, Mailchimp)
Inbound Marketing; create, manage and optimise content / educational led campaigns to drive leads from a developer / technical audience
Demand Generation; work with subject matter experts to create assets to use in demand generation campaigns that you execute – you’ll decide and experiment on tactics
Community Events; ensure the company is represented at developer community events with speakers
PR/AR; manage relationships with PR agencies and Analysts
Budget; manage a £500k budget and track / report on your activities – MQLs, pipeline, revenue
Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have;
B2B marketing experience in the Tech space
Track record in executing campaigns to drive demand
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
The personality to engage and work well with sales
Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager;
£65,000 – £75,000 basic + excellent benefits
