With a variety of global clients, in this role you’ll be working with a variety of businesses to help them with their candidate attraction campaigns.
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Marketing Campaign Executive;
Client Management; attend client briefing calls and work with the client to plan activities and manage the sign off process
Content Marketing; create content to be used to attract and engage talent – micro-sites, candidate packs, social media assets
Writing; write adverts, emails and social media posts
Analysis; provide analysis and reporting on campaigns
Skills & experience the Recruitment Marketing Campaign Executive must have;
Content marketing experience in the B2B space – either client side or agency side
Experience of working with creative agencies
Excellent writing and planning skills
Ability to communicate and work with all levels
Salary & benefits for the Recruitment Marketing Campaign Executive role;
£27,000 – £33,000 basic + excellent benefits
