Our client is a high growth SaaS startup that is currently building out its presales function, giving you the opportunity to help shape something from the ground up.
The company, which sells enterprise software to finance teams, has doubled revenues year over year for the last two years. Having completed their Series A in 2022, the company now has over 50 employees who are all UK-based.
You will be expected to be in their central London office (Old Street) two days per week.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for the implementation, adoption, and expansion of key accounts with ARR in excess of £1.5 million. Day to day, you’ll be involved in:
Demonstrations: lead technical demonstrations and presentations of solutions to customers.
Discovery: understand customer requirements and challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Sales Support: collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
RFPs: Respond to technical queries and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with comprehensive, clear, and accurate information.
Insights: Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and insights, helping guide product development.
Market and Competitor Research: develop and maintain extensive knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Training: provide training and support to junior pre-sales engineers as we hire them and sales staff.
Technical Advisor: establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, serving as a technical advisor.
Degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or five years of relevant work experience.
A minimum of five years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role.
Knowledge of accounting or financial software solutions.
Proven ability to understand complex technical products and solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
£60,000 – £70,000 basic, plus bonus and benefits
