Key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager; reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of paid ads campaigns. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy: take ownership for the strategy and execution of paid ads to build awareness and drive pipeline
Execution; execute a cost effective paid ads strategy – SEM, paid social, programmatic – total blank sheet of paper right now
ABM; work with the account based marketing team and support with paid ads with their campaigns
Creativity; experiment and constantly look to improve campaigns – lots of freedom here
Reporting; set up tracking, measure metrics and report on ROI
Stakeholder Management; work closely with marketing, sales and the leadership team, and be comfortable sharing your ideas and successes
Skills & experience the Performance Marketing Manager must have;
Performance / Digital / Paid Ads specialist – agency or client side
Good planner and executor
Some B2B experience would be an advantage but not essential
You could be stepping up as they can give you support on the strategy side if that’s where you need development

Salary & benefits for the Performance Marketing Manager role;
£60,000 – £70,000 basic + excellent benefits
