Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role;
Working in a marketing team of ten, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing demand generation focussed campaigns globally. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy; create and implement a demand generation strategy that complements the business’ high growth objectives.
Demand Generation; in conjunction with the marketing team, plan and execute a variety of online and offline marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.
Campaign Management; plan and execute a variety of campaigns – events, webinars, account based marketing, email, paid social, content marketing and measure its effectiveness.
Project Management; coordinate activities with marketing team members (content, product marketing, digital) and collaborate with external marketing agencies (when required) to make sure campaigns run smoothly.
Marketing Automation; use Hubspot for automations, email marketing, lead scoring, lead management, attribution and conversions.
Analysis; track and report on leads (MQL, SQL), pipeline, pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Skills & experience the Marketing Manager must have;
You’ll be a specialist demand generation marketer with experience of working in the B2B Tech space
Experience of using marketing automation tools
With the ability to plan you’ll also be hands on
Excellent communication skills, both in writing and in person.
Salary & benefits for the Marketing Manager role;
£45,000 – £55,000 basic + 5% bonus, pension, healthcare & 26 days holiday
