Head of Marketing
Are you a modern inbound / digital / growth marketer from the SaaS space?
With growth running at 60% YOY during the last year, our client is an exciting, established and fast growing SaaS business.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing;
Strategy; work closely with the Founders to create a plan to drive growth
Management; lead and motivate a team of 4
Go-To-Market; work with the Founders on positioning, go-to-market strategy and market development
Demand Generation; you’ll be responsible for choosing the appropriate channels to drive demand and executing on those, being targeted against MQLs and SQLs
Campaign Management; manage and execute a variety of offline and online campaigns – paid social, paid ads, content, SEO and email nurturing
Analysis; monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns weekly
Skills & experience the Head of Marketing must have;
Demonstrable track record in creating and executing a marketing strategy to drive growth with a focus on inbound marketing
You must come from the B2B SaaS / Cloud space and be able to talk about how you’ve influenced metrics – MQLs, SQLs, MRR, ARR, churn
Experience using a marketing automation platform
Experience managing a team
Excellent grasp of digital marketing techniques – paid ads, paid social, SEO
Excellent English – verbal and in writing
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Salary & benefits for the Head of Marketing role;
£85,000 – £95,000 basic + benefits
