Key responsibilities of the Marketing Director role

Working with the senior leadership team you’ll manage the marketing team and help position the business for further growth. Day to day you’ll be involved in; 

Strategy; create and implement a three year marketing strategy that complements the business’ high growth objectives. 

Brand / Storytelling; shape the story to help the business build awareness of its solutions in existing and new markets. 

Budget; manage and allocate the budget across the various channels to best drive pipeline and growth. 

Demand Generation; own the customer acquisition, activation and retention funnel globally. 

Product Marketing; own the voice of the customer, positioning and messaging.

 

Skills & experience the Marketing Director must have; 

You’ll have worked in marketing in the B2B Tech space – SaaS, Cloud, Software 

You could be a Head of Marketing stepping up, or already at this level 

Demonstrable experience working for a fast growing and known B2B Tech brand – £5m – £50m 

Track record of using brand / storytelling to fuel growth 

You’ll enjoy a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment 

 

Salary & benefits for the Marketing Director role; 

£100,000 – £110,000 basic + excellent benefits
