Key responsibilities of the Marketing Automation Manager;
Owning everything Hubspot related, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing a variety of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive demand and retention. You will also ensure usage of Hubspot by the sales and marketing teams.
Planning; create the plan and be responsible for executing it
Hubspot; own everything related to Hubspot – data, segmentation, lead scoring, lead management, campaigns and reporting
Inbound Marketing; create, manage and optimise content led campaigns to drive leads
ABM Campaign Execution; work with the wider marketing team to create assets to use in campaigns that you execute – email, online events and social media
Optimise; conduct A/B testing of campaigns and ensure optimisation opportunities are quickly identified
Metrics; track and report on your activities
Skills & experience the Marketing Automation Manager must have;
B2B marketing experience in the Tech space
Advanced experience of using a marketing automation platform – Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
Track record in executing ABM campaigns to drive demand and retention
Data driven with strong understanding of analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English
Excellent project management skills
The personality to engage and work well with sales
Salary & benefits for the Marketing Automation Manager;
£60,000 – £65,000 basic + 5% bonus, Benefits
