Key responsibilities of the Head of MarTech; 

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and individual business units to maximise the benefit the business gets from Marketo, their CRM and other MarTech solutions. The role will include:

Strategy; be responsible for the effectiveness of marketing automation solutions in the business 

Technical; document technical requirements and map existing solutions to ensure solutions meet the business needs

Stakeholder Management; manage a variety of stakeholders and understand their needs, bring solutions to them and help with implementation

Marketing; help the marketing team execute effective account based marketing campaigns by providing knowledge and strategic advice

Marketing Automation; execute workflows and sequences through Marketo

Compliance; ensure best practices around data are implemented and understood 

Innovation; provide guidance about how the MarTech stack should evolve in-line with industry trends and best practices

Analysis; report of the performance of the MarTech stack and what it delivers 


Skills & experience the Head of MarTech must have;

Certified Marketo Expert user

Track record in B2B marketing

Strong knowledge of campaign execution – in particular account based marketing 

An innovative approach to problem solving

Detailed project manager 

Great communication skills

Excellent stakeholder management skills 


Salary & benefits for the Head of MarTech role;

£70 – £80,000 basic + pension, healthcare and 22 days holiday
