Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing;

It’s an exciting time to join this market leader as you’ll have a key impact on their growth and how they innovate going forward. Day to day you’ll be

Strategy; own the budget, create the plan and execute through your team to help the business achieve its objectives

Management; lead, nurture and develop a team of four.

Campaign Management; be responsible for the successful end to end execution of campaigns – digital (SEO, paid), content, account based marketing, email, social selling, social media, events – through your team

Sales Support; support the sales effort with case studies and sales collateral

Brand; be the custodian for the brand and continuously raise the profile of the business in the industry

MarTech; ensure there’s a joined up approach to marketing and sales in the automation and CRM platforms

Reporting; produce and present the quarterly and annual results

Skills & experience the Head of Marketing must have;

You must have experience of the Built Environment, Construction or Architectural sectors

B2B marketing experience in a similar level role – you’ll be hands on and could be stepping up

Experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline to build awareness and drive leads

You’ll have the personality and gravitas to influence and push back when needed, as well as building a strong relationship with sales

You must have managed people before

Great communication skills in writing and in person

Degree educated, ideally in marketing or a related subject

Ability to travel to multiple offices – London / Surrey

Salary & benefits for the Head of Marketing role;

£60,000 – £80,000 basic + benefits
