With revenues at £4m, our client is scaling its business and is well primed to take advantage of the continued regulation and focus on standards in the worker safety sector. 

Offering safety control solutions into the construction and industrial markets, as well as a cloud platform to connect solutions together, you’ll be responsible for helping the business achieve its goals. 

Selling Points; 

Help the business scale across North America

CEO is a big believer in marketing 

Mostly remote role with 3 meetings per month in London

Happy to look at candidates stepping up

Stand alone role with ability to build a team 

Key responsibilities of the Head of International Marketing; 

Strategy; work with the CEO to devise a marketing plan to help the business achieve its goals

Market Research; understand the market, competitors and the opportunities 

Channel Marketing; help build their distributor channel across North America and support them with the tools they need to go to market successfully with

GTM; by understanding the customer base, target persona’s, build an effective go-to-market plan to create demand with end users 

Content; create content – white papers, research reports, blogs – to position the business as a thought leader

MarTech; use Hubspot to track campaigns and performance 

Budget; determine and manage the marketing budget

Skills & experience the Head of International Marketing must have; 

You’ll have commercial B2B marketing experience in a high growth technical business 

International marketing experience is a must – ideally North America 

You’ll be a self starter 

You’ll be able to create a marketing plan and then implement it

Good writing skills 

You MUST live south of Milton Keynes 

Salary & benefits for the Head of International Marketing role;

£65,000 – £75,000 basic + equity + benefits
