Key responsibilities of the Head of Content Marketing; reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll manage two people and be responsible for the content marketing strategy and its execution, working closely with teams across leadership, product, sales, demand gen and customer success. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Strategy; build and own the content marketing strategy 

Management; manage two people – social media / community and a copywriter 

Content Marketing; oversee and create content – whitepapers, webinars, industry reports, newsletters

Social Media; plan and oversee a social media strategy to build awareness and engagement 

SEO; optimise content for SEO on the website

Analytics; measure the performance of content 

Skills & experience the Head of Content Marketing must have;

Content marketing experience 

Minimum of 1 year managing or mentoring people 

Experience of working for a FinTech or Financial Services business 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English

Excellent project management skills

The personality to engage and work well with sales, product, marketing and the leadership team

Salary & benefits for the Head of Content Marketing role;

£80,000 – £100,000 basic + excellent benefits
