Skills & experience the Graduate Research Executive must have;

Minimum 2:1 Degree / MBA (with strong A-levels) – Finance, Economics, Maths

Highly numerical – can distil complex data into easy to read reports 

An understanding of financial reports would be an advantage 

Excellent communication skills – both in writing and speaking 

Self starting attitude and able to pick up technology products quickly

Established nearly 20 years this company has helped customers utilise their data and analytics tools, to help organisations worldwide. Their customer base includes some of the most recognised names out there and due to rapid growth they are looking to expand their marketing team. 


Key responsibilities of the Graduate Research Executive; 

Working within the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for qualitative and quantitative research to help drive insights to use to engage prospects and customers. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Research; take the lead on researching the financial performance of key retail prospects, translating that research into key insights for the marketing team to use in campaigns  

Tech; be responsible for using their research tech stack – Crayon & Bombora 

Knowledge Management; maintain and upkeep the company’s knowledge system – Bloomfire

Marketing; support the marketing team on account based marketing activities by providing insights and knowledge to help with messaging, creative and content 

Sales Enablement; ensure sales teams have the knowledge and content to use in conversations by integrating research with sales tools / systems 


Salary & benefits for the Graduate Research Executive;

£30,000 – £35,000 basic + benefits
