Currently they’re at 18 employees and are now looking for a full time Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Director, requiring you to be in their office near Moorgate 3 days a week.
Skills & experience the Graduate Marketing Assistant must have;
Native English speaker and confident writer
Degree educated – marketing related desirable but not essential
An internship in marketing – a must have as a minimum
Comfortable talking to people (internal and external) when collaborating and researching for projects
2 Days from home each week
Small, family orientated company where you’ll get exposure to senior leaders
Broad role with lots to do and learn
The company will pay for marketing training courses to enhance your knowledge and skills
Key responsibilities of the Graduate Marketing Assistant;
Research/ Content; research and planning for blog topics and suggesting new topics to cover
Social Media; manage organic posts on their social channels
Writing; writing for a variety of social channels
SEO; ensure content is optimised for SEO where applicable
Design; brief the external design agency to create graphics and elements for your content
Website; upload content onto the website
Hubspot; help the business get the most from Hubspot, especially around data quality and analytics / reporting
Administration; support with a variety of marketing and commercial tasks where needed
Salary & benefits for the Graduate Marketing Assistant role;
£28,000 – £35,000 basic + benefits
