Key responsibilities of the Global Partner Marketing Director;
You’ll have overall responsibility for partner marketing, including managing a team of 6, and report into a VP of Marketing in the US. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy; create and own the partner marketing strategy, aligning partner / channel marketing with the business goals
Management; build, lead and motivate a team of six – this will increase to ten
Stakeholder Management; work closely with the VP of Channel Sales and wider stakeholders
Partner Marketing; be responsible for the entire partner marketing function covering partner recruitment and onboarding, partner management, partner marketing campaigns, analysis of partner performance etc.
Budget; manage and report on the budget
Skills & experience the Global Partner Marketing Director must have;
You’ll be a partner / channel marketing specialist from the B2B Tech space
You MUST have managed international teams e.g. EMEA, Global etc.
You’ll be a natural ‘player coach’
Salary & benefits for the Global Partner Marketing Director role;
£130,000 – £160,000 basic + benefits
