The company sells an enterprise SaaS solution into the consumer packaged goods sectors and has clients including Pepsi, Colgate and Johnson & Johnson with many more in the pipeline.

Key responsibilities of the Director of Product Marketing; reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the product marketing strategy and the execution, working closely with team across product, sales, marketing and customer success. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Strategy; build and own the product marketing plan 

Sales Enablement; support the sales teams with the tools and knowledge to effectively go to marketing with

Research; research customers, prospects and competitors to refine their ICP and persona’s 

Messaging; refine the positioning and messaging – helping internal teams understand it and leading the external communication of it

GTM; build a robust go-to-market strategy, and work with the wider team on execution 

Content Marketing; help create engaging content for their existing customers and to be used in demand generation campaigns 

Management; initially a hands on role – you’ll build out and manage people in the team 

Skills & experience the Director of Product Marketing must have;

Product marketing experience in the B2B Tech space

Knowledge of enterprise SaaS

Early stage experience would be an advantage – Series A-C

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English

Excellent project management skills

The personality to engage and work well with sales, product, marketing and the leadership team

Salary & benefits for the Director of Product Marketing;

£110,000 – £120,000 basic + excellent benefits
