Key responsibilities of the Content Marketing Manager; reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide variety of content to drive demand. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

Inbound Content; creating an inbound content funnel for lead generation

Content Creation; create a wide variety of content to be used on the web, in emails, by the sales team and across social media

Content Promotion; have a growth mindset of how to promote your content to generate backlinks and shares

SEO; work with the SEO agency to ensure content is optimised for keywords 

Product Marketing; support the product marketer on positioning and value proposition creation 

Brand; Ensure all content in on brand in the right tone of voice

Skills & experience the Content Manager must have; 

Content marketing experience for a B2B company, ideally Saas

Or, a B2B tech marketing generalist who spends a good chunk of time creating content

This is primarily an execution role so you could be stepping up 

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Solid grasp of inbound marketing

Experience of using a marketing automation tool e.g. Hubspot, would be an advantage but not essential

Ability to communicate and work with all levels 

Salary & benefits for the Content Manager role; 

£50,000 – £60,000 basic + benefits
