Key responsibilities of the Content Marketing Manager; in this newly created role and reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for creation of a wide variety of content to drive awareness and adoption of the company’s platform with smaller logistics firms.

Content Marketing; create a wide variety of content (blogs, research reports, webinars, email campaigns, paid ads, case studies) to drive awareness of the company’s platform and drive prospects down the funnel 

SEO; optimise blogs for SEO, and create content that helps the business rank for targeted keywords (you’ll have support from their SEO Agency)

Social; manage the company’s social media channels  

Sales Enablement; create sales tools for the sales teams to use 

Skills & experience the Content Marketing Manager must have; 

Content marketing experience in the B2B space – you could be an executive stepping up or someone already at this level 

Knowledge of technology (software, SaaS, cybersecurity) industries an advantage but not essential

Hands on experience of using tools like WordPress, Hubspot, Google Analytics 

Excellent writing skills 

Ability to communicate and work with all levels 

Salary & benefits for the Content Marketing Manager role; 

£60,000 – £65,000 basic + excellent benefits
